Leading line- following the telephone wires to the center of the picture (sun). Effect- it leads your eyes accross the photo like your reading a map.

Long shot, Effect- first it's good because your eyes aren't staring into the sun. Second it gives us an idea about our surroundings like we might be in a valley because there are no houses and old looking telephone poles.

flat angle, Effect- makes you feel like you're level with the most powerful thing in the sky and also that you're actaully in the valley watching the sun set.

this would be considered a long shot. The effect of it is that you can get a good idea of where you are. In valley
The leading lines are the telephone wire and they start at edge and bring your eyes to the sun
This is a flat angle so one gets the feeling that he or she is watching the sun set from ground level.
